Returns Policy

At Women’s Laser and Skin Clinic, we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If the product you receive doesn’t match what was advertised, is faulty, or doesn’t meet the required standards according to Australian law, we’ll take care of it. We’ll either replace, fix, or repair the product as needed, in line with consumer legislation.

If you have a faulty product, you may need to return it to us or directly to the manufacturer or their agent for warranty claims. Just keep in mind that you’re responsible for the cost of postage or freight for return items.

We always make an effort to pack your order carefully, so it doesn’t get damaged during transit. However, if any damage occurs, please contact the carrier first to report the issue. Women’s Laser and Skin Clinic and our associated interests or entities can’t be held responsible for damage caused during delivery.
